Meetings

1. The Annual General Meeting is held once in every year within a period of six months from the close of the Financial Year of the Association.
At the Annual General Meeting the following business is transacted.

1. To adopt the minutes of previous General Meeting.
2. To receive and adopt the report of the Managing Committee for the relevant year about the management and the affairs of the Association.
3. To receive and adopt the audited accounts of The Association for the relevant financial year.
4. To elect the President, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer and eleven members of The Managing Committee.
5. To appoint auditors.
6. Such other business as may be specified in the Notice convening the meeting.

2. Meetings of the Managing Committee

The Managing Committee of the IAS Officers’ Association, Bihar branch meets every second Friday at the IAS Bhawan, Patna to discuss various issues. The meeting is followed by a working lunch.
Other members of the Association, both retired and serving are welcome to attend the same.
